The RM Residence was developed during the STUDIO 1006 course in the second term of the architecture program at George Brown College, in collaboration with Hossein Yousefzade and under the guidance of professors Gianini Regina and Tanya Lupo.
The project was designed for Surrey-Majestic Homes, which acquired multiple empty lots to build luxury residences. The goal was to maximize the selling potential of these properties while adhering to the builder's cost standards of $185-$225 per square foot and meeting the municipality's zoning requirements.
The RM Residence stands out for its contemporary architecture and harmonious integration with the urban environment. Using high-quality materials and design solutions that optimize space and family living, the project provides a luxurious and functional living experience while contributing to the revitalization of Toronto's central area.
